Privacy Policy & Data Deletion Instructions

1. Information We Collect
Our application, MyGiveaway, uses Meta Graph API to facilitate Instagram giveaways. We only access and process information that you explicitly grant us permission to see via the Facebook Login dialog:
- Your Instagram Business Account ID and username.
- Media posts (images, videos, reels) from your Instagram business profile.
- Comments under the specific post you choose for running a giveaway.
2. How We Use Information
We use this data strictly to fulfill the core functionality of the app: loading comments, applying your chosen filters (e.g., unique users, keywords), and randomly selecting a winner. We do not store, share, rent, or sell your personal data or comments to any third parties.
3. User Data Deletion Instructions
According to Meta policy, you can request the deletion of your data associated with MyGiveaway at any time. You can do this in two ways:
- Via Facebook: Go to your Facebook Profile ➡️ Settings & Privacy ➡️ Settings ➡️ Apps and Websites. Find MyGiveaway and click "Remove".
- Direct Request: Contact our Technical Support via Telegram at "@eddysmith88" with your Instagram username. We will permanently delete your user profile and all cached data from our servers within 24 hours.
